Dream Sling Rentals Cancellation Policy

Dream Sling Rentals understands that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while also ensuring the availability of our Polaris Slingshots for all customers. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

 

1. Standard Cancellation:
   • If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a full refund of your $125 deposit.
   • No refund will be given if you cancel less than 48 hours before the rental start time.
2. Same Day Reservations:
   • For reservations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time, you have a 1-hour grace period after placing your reservation to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
   • No refund will be given for cancellations made more than 1 hour after placing the reservation.
3. No-Shows:
   • If you fail to pick up your Polaris Slingshot at the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show.
   • No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your entire $125 deposit.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations:
   • In the event of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate the Polaris Slingshot, Dream Sling Rentals may cancel the reservation and provide a full refund.
   • If you choose to cancel due to weather conditions when Dream Sling Rentals has not issued a cancellation, our standard cancellation policy applies.
5. Modifications:
   • You may modify your reservation date or time without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the original rental start time, subject to availability.
   • Modifications made less than 48 hours before the rental start time will be treated as a cancellation and new reservation, subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Please provide your reservation number and the name under which the reservation was made.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Dream Sling Rentals reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will apply to reservations made after the change is posted.
